Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the VaultraCoins platform (the "Service"), including creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in the hourly yield program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VaultraCoins. ("VaultraCoins", "we", "us", or "our").

Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

02 Eligibility

To use VaultraCoins, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service would be prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to sanctions administered by any recognized international authority.

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

03 Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately at support@vaultracoins.cc of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• Not share your account with any third party or use another user's account.

VaultraCoins employs AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and mandatory 2FA on all accounts. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you accept the inherent risks of online account management.

04 Deposits

The minimum deposit is $5.00 USD or its equivalent in supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, USDT, USDC). Deposits are credited once they receive the required number of network confirmations.

Your earning cycle begins within one hour of deposit confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable and, once an earning cycle has started, the principal remains committed to that cycle until its completion.

05 Hourly Yield Program

The VaultraCoins hourly yield program credits 1% of your deposited principal every 60 minutes for a total of 200 hours — roughly 8 days and 8 hours from the moment your cycle begins.

How credits are applied

• Payouts are credited automatically, once per hour, on the hour.
• Payouts run continuously, including weekends and holidays.
• At the end of the 200-hour cycle, your full profit returned and the cycle completes.
• Credited earnings are immediately eligible for withdrawal once they clear the $1 minimum.

No lock-ups

There are no lock-up periods and no early-withdrawal penalties. You may withdraw any amount above $1.00 at any time, whether during or after your earning cycle.

06 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is $1.00. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and typically settle within 5 to 30 minutes, though network congestion or compliance review may extend processing time.

• You are responsible for providing a correct destination address.
• No withdrawal fees or any hidden charges.
• Withdrawals made to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.

07 Referral Program

VaultraCoins offers a referral program under which you earn 15% of each deposit made by a user you refer. Referral rewards are:

• Credited instantly to your balance when the referred deposit is confirmed.
• Not subject to any cap on the number of referrals or total rewards.
• Withdrawable immediately once they exceed the $1 minimum.

Referral rewards are intended to reward genuine user acquisition. Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivized spam, and any attempt to artificially inflate referral volume are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

08 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions program.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or referral rewards.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate payouts or activity metrics.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate VaultraCoins, its staff, or another user.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of pending earnings.

09 Fees

VaultraCoins does not charge account, deposit, or withdrawal fees. However:

• Third-party blockchain network fees may apply to on-chain transfers.
• Payment processors may apply their own fees for crypto deposit transactions.
• We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable notice.

Any fees will always be disclosed in advance and visible in your dashboard before you confirm a transaction.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the VaultraCoins platform — including the name, logo, dashboard design, illustrations, code, and copy — is the property of VaultraCoins. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission. Referral links and dashboard screenshots for personal, non-commercial use are permitted.

11 Termination

You may close your account at any time by withdrawing your balance and contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulator, or law enforcement request.
• Your account is associated with fraud, abuse, or a security threat.

If your account is terminated for a violation, we may forfeit pending earnings and referral rewards. Unused principal will be returned to the withdrawal address on file, subject to compliance review.

12 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultraCoins., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of capital arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited with VaultraCoins during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify active users via email or in-dashboard notice at least 14 days in advance.
• Provide a summary of what changed and why.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
