My deposit hasn't been credited
Deposits are credited automatically once the network confirms the transaction. If it's been more than 30 minutes for BTC or 5 minutes for other crypto, email us with your TXID and we'll look it up right away.
My withdrawal is stuck as "pending"
Withdrawals are reviewed manually for security. Most are approved within 5-30 minutes. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours. If it's been longer, email us with your withdrawal date and amount.
How do I change my username or email?

My referral commission hasn't shown up
Commissions are paid instantly the moment a referred user's deposit is confirmed. If it's missing, check that they signed up with your link and that their deposit is confirmed. If so, we'll re-check on our side.
Can I get my deposit refunded?
Crypto deposits are irreversible on-chain. Once your deposit is confirmed, the funds are yours and earning — but they can be withdrawn any time to your own wallet.
